About Lin
Lin heads PLMJ’s China Desk in Portugal and has 17 years’ experience as a lawyer. She regularly advises Chinese state and private companies that have investments in Portugal and also acts for clients in the property investment sector. Lin’s main areas of work are corporate and M&A, commercial contracts and Golden Visas.
She completed a postgraduate course in litigation practice and legal advice at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Lin is a member of the ACLE - Association of Chinese Lawyers in Europe and the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese - Federation of Law Advisory Commission.
In addition to her work as a lawyer at PLMJ, Lin is a legal adviser to various associations of the Chinese community in Portugal and to the Chinese School of Lisbon.
