About Patrícia

Patrícia is a senior associate in the Social Impact practice and director of the PLMJ Foundation. She has more than 20 years’ experience as a lawyer, specialising in the areas of private clients and family wealth, corporate M&A and private equity. She also provides legal support in the context of the social economy.

Patrícia has dealt with a wide range of matters relating to the arts, including acquisitions and transfers of works, authenticity and ownership, copyright, insurance, tax and customs arrangements, circulation, inventory and classification, and other issues of the law of cultural heritage. She has also assisted in matters of patronage and philanthropy.

Patrícia has completed postgraduate courses in consumer law, in media law and in the law of culture and cultural heritage, all at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
