About João
João is a senior associate in the Public Law practice area and has 7 years' professional experience. In that time, he has worked as a legal adviser to the State on public-private partnerships in the infrastructure, transport and health sectors, specifically in the structuring phases of these projects and in the renegotiation of contracts.
He has a master's degree in administrative law and a postgraduate qualification in public procurement from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
