About Andrea

Andrea is a special advisor in the EU and Competition Law practice. She has 25 years’ experience in both the private and public sector advising on a variety of issues across all areas of competition law, with a particular focus on mergers and markets.

Before joining PLMJ, Andrea was a member of the Board of the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), with particular responsibility for the CMA’s merger work. She also provided strategic advice on the work done by the authority in this area.

She was at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 2001 - 2015, having been made a partner in 2008.
