About Julián
Julián earned his law degree from the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), with the degree recognised as equivalent in Portugal by the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He is currently studying for a Master in Law and Legal Practice at the University of Lisbon.
Previously, he was a research assistant at the Johnson College of Business at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, and at the Center for Legal Research in Bogotá, Colombia. He was also an intern at a law firm in Bogotá and at the Special Court for Peace.
