About Rodrigo

Rodrigo is an associate in the EU and Competition practice, where he advises Portuguese and international clients on administrative procedures before the European Commission and the Competition Authority. He also handles court cases procedures based on civil liability for practices restricting competition.

Besides this, he is experienced in advising clients on state aid and competition compliance matters.

Rodrigo has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, a master's degree in business law from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and he is currently following a postgraduate course in competition law at King's College London.
