About Tomé

Tomé has a degree from the Faculty of law of the University of Lisbon and a postgraduate degree in banking law from the Centre Private Law Research of the same faculty. He is currently attending a postgraduate course in data protection law.

He is a guest lecturer at the European University of Lisbon in the subjects of commercial law and civil procedural law.

Tomé is a member of the Editorial Board of the Angolan Journal of Legislation and Case Law and founder of the Centre for African Legal Culture of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He is currently coordinating the junior researchers at this centre.
