About Rita

Rita is an associate in the Corporate M&A practice and she has advised on a variety of different M&A transactions, both domestic and international. These have included the sale and purchase of assets, defining and implementing restructuring and reorganisation operations for corporate groups, incorporating and developing joint ventures, financial operations, and structuring and completing real estate investments.

Rita has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and she obtained an LLM in law and technology from the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands. She also completed a postgraduate course in corporate law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
