Tomás Almeida Ribeiro made partner at PLMJ

PLMJ has promoted Tomás Almeida Ribeiro to partner in its Corporate M&A practice.

Tomás has 15 years of experience, all in the Corporate M&A practice. He has focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate restructuring, corporate disputes and commercial contracts. His clients come from sectors as diverse as real estate, shopping centres, tourism, agribusiness, shipbuilding and sports companies.

Prior to joining PLMJ in 2014, Tomás was an adviser to the Deputy Minister for Regional Development in Portugal's 19th Constitutional Government.

He holds a law degree from Universidade Nova and a postgraduate qualification in corporate law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
