PLMJ and the Lisbon Trade Association organise another major conference on Amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure and the Impact on Business

PLMJ, together with the Lisbon Trade Association (ACL), are organizing another debate in the series of conferences: "Law in Perspective". This time the conference will be on "Amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure and the Impact on Business" and will be held on 30 May in the ACL, in Lisbon. José Miguel Júdice, PLMJ partner, head of PLMJ’s arbitration practice and Vice-President of the ACL, will open the conference. There will be several presentations by PLMJ partners: Nuno Líbano Monteiro, head of the litigation and arbitration practice, Manuela Tavares Morais, litigation and arbitration and Pedro Faria, also litigation and arbitration. PLMJ senior associate Catarina Guedes de Carvalho and associate Filipa Nunes Dias will also participate.
