PLMJ lawyers take part in the 16th International Congress of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee

PLMJ is once again one of the sponsors of the arbitration congress organised by the CBAr (Brazilian Arbitration Committee). The law firm will be represented by Pedro Metello de Nápoles and Mariana França Gouveia, who will speak at the event in a debate on Legal Due Process in Arbitration.

The event is taking place between 24 and 26 September in the city of Gramado – Rio Grande do Sul. It will be attended by more than 350 participants and will bring together representatives of the arbitration community from many different countries. These representatives include lawyers, academics, professionals who act as arbitrators, experts and other practitioners interested in arbitration.
