A new volume of the PLMJ Legal Collection has just been published by Coimbra Editora, part of the Wolters Kluver group. This 4th volume of the collection was prepared by PLMJ’s public law practice under the coordination of consultant Rui Machete. PLMJ’s public law practice includes the projects team which handles administrative law in general and public procurement and associated administrative litigation in particular. The projects team is made up of lawyers Pedro Melo, Tiago Duarte, Manuel Silva Gomes, Tiago Serrão, Cláudia Saavedra Pinto, Mariana Bettencourt and Maria Ataíde Cordeiro. These lawyers worked together to prepare this volume of the PLMJ collection alongside their colleagues from PLMJ’s Oporto office, Diogo Duarte Campos, Diana Miranda and Carla Machado. Wolters Kluwer Portugal, a leading legal publisher edits and published the PLMJ Collection, a collection of legal works written by PLMJ lawyers and presenting innovative themes for discussion in the legal community.
