PLMJ supports 7th Congress of the Centre for Commercial Arbitration

PLMJ is supporting the 7th Congress of the Centre for Commercial Arbitration, organised by the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is taking place on 10 and 11 July in Lisbon.

The general topic for this congress is 'Arbitral Tribunals and State Courts' and its speakers will include a number of arbitration professionals from Portugal and abroad.

José Miguel Júdice, the PLMJ partner who is president of the Centre for Commercial Arbitration of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will make the closing speech on 11 July and Filipa Cansado Carvalho, a PLMJ senior associate, will take part in the debate on the topic “Do we really want domestic arbitration to be the same quality as international arbitration?”.
