PLMJ takes part in Portuguese Real Estate and Tourism Fair in Paris

Pedro Sáragga Leal, a partner from PLMJ’s real estate practice, and Miguel C. Reis, a partner from the firm’s tax practice, will represent PLMJ at the Portuguese Real Estate and Tourism Fair at Expo Porte de Versailles, in Paris, on 5 to 7 June. PLMJ will join the Invest Lisboa Stand, which is dedicated to the “Lisboa” brand. The stand will be shared with other Portuguese companies and institutions.

The Real Estate Fair in Paris annually brings together more than 100 exhibitors, mainly from the real estate sector, with a particular focus on the areas of tourism, construction, banking, real estate and design. The main objective of the Fair is to promote French investment in Portugal and to raise awareness of the tax benefits available to non-habitual residents.
