TTR Annual Report 2018 published

TTR’s annual report for 2018 was published recently and PLMJ is the only law firm to lead the rankings for M&A and Private Equity in separate categories.

In the M&A League Table, PLMJ is back at the top of the list for the number of transactions - 29 in total - and it takes second place on the list for value of transactions. In the Private Equity league table, PLMJ is at the top of the list fore value of transactions and in second place on the list for number of transactions.

In the case of individual lawyers, Tomás Pessanha, from PLMJ Corporate M&A, is again the most active PLMJ lawyer on the list of dealmakers for the number of transactions recorded.
