Tiago Cortes warns that anyone wishing to reject the system of payment of bonuses in twelfths has only 5 days to decide

The newspaper Económico has again drawn attention to the rule of payment of 50% of bonuses in twelfths with the remainder being paid in the usual periods. Económico warns – on the basis of the opinions of the lawyers consulted, who include Tiago Cortes, a partner in PLMJ’s employment practice – that anyone who wishes to reject this system has 5 days to do so.
