Tiago Duarte says the Constitutional Court may hold that the co-adoption referendum questions are not sufficiently clear

The proposal for a referendum on co-adoption was sent to the President of the Republic by the Constitutional Court. For many jurists, the constitutional issue may lie in the fact that there are two questions that may or may not be the same. For other like Tiago Duarte, a PLMJ public law partner, the problem may lie in whether those questions are clear enough, although he does not see any grounds for unconstitutionality in this.
