Tiago Duarte, PLMJ partner, appointed president of the Rent Law monitoring committee

Tiago Duarte, a partner from PLMJ’s public and constitutional law practice, has been appointed by the Government the president of and of the Rent Law monitoring committee. The Minister of Agriculture, the Sea, Environment and Planning, who is responsible for overseeing the new law, has appointed this constitutional law specialist to help to identify any potential errors or omissions in the law.
