About Caetana

Caetana is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice. She has focused primarily on advising companies and their shareholders in court proceedings relating to corporate disputes and civil liability of directors. She also represents banks and other financial intermediaries in court cases concerning the issuance and sale of financial instruments.

Caetana has a master’s in law and management from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon. in 2019, she attended a postgraduate course in M&A and corporate litigation at the Centre for Private Law Research of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
