About João
João is an associate in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices where he advises on financing transactions, securitisation, and the sale and acquisition of loan portfolios and real estate assets.
He has a master's degree in law and management from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. He also attended a postgraduate course in M&A and corporate litigation at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
Before joining PLMJ, João was a lawyer at the the law firm Uría Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho.
