About Luís Filipe

Luís is a managing associate in the Real Estate and Tourism practice and has 12 years' professional experience. He advises on the acquisition and leasing of real estate to develop shopping centres and retail parks, and residential, tourism and office projects.

He also has experience in the contracting and execution of construction work, licensing of works and marketing, and in the execution of shop use contracts and contracts for the sale and purchase of real estate assets that are part of property portfolios.

Luís has also advised clients in the energy sector, particularly on contracts to operate petrol station networks and on the analysis and acquisition of portfolios of wind and photovoltaic farms.

He completed a postgraduate course in real estate law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Before joining PLMJ, Luís was a lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira and at Linklaters, and he was a member of the legal affairs and governance department of the Galp Energia Group.
