Alexandre Hierro writes about the "Build to Rent" market trend in the context of the Porto Urban Rehabilitation Week

Alexandre Hierro, an associate in PLMJ's Real Estate and Tourism practice, has written an opinion article for the newspaper Público entitled "The 'Build to Rent' trend and Urban Rehabilitation: The new opportunities in the 'Porto with Sense' Programme".

The article comes in the wake of the new generation of housing policies, whose objective is to guarantee access to housing to all those who cannot find an solution through the market. One such policy is the Affordable Rental Programme, which was created in 2019.
