An article by Manuel Lopes Rocha, a partner in PLMJ's IP and TMT practice, and trainee lawyer Inês Almeida Costa, entitled “The ‘In-House Lawyer’ and the Statute of the Bar of Association” appears in Company Lawyers: Independent by Design – an ECLA White Paper. This white paper is a joint publication of LexisNexis, ECLA – European Company Lawyers Association and EDHEC – Business School and is coordinated by Philippe Coen and Christophe Roquilly. It addresses a number of topics surrounding in-house lawyers from an international perspective and its authors also include Nöelle Lenoir, Juan Antonio Cremades and Mario Siragusa.
