Article by Pedro Faria on the reform of the civil code of procedure in magazine Advocatus

Pedro Faria, partner in PLMJ’s litigation practice, has written a technical article which has been published by magazine Advocatus. The article is on "The planned reform of the civil code of procedure", and takes the view that most of the changes to the existing procedural rules will require a reorganisation of the courts on an operational level.
