Data Protection Conference addressing the problems surrounding the privacy of employees’ emails featured in Jornal de Notícias

The conference on data protection held at the PLMJ Auditorium was featured by the newspaper Jornal de Notícias in an article addressing aspects of criminal law relating to the use of emails in the workplace in light of the case law in this area. Manuel Lopes Rocha, who is a partner in PLMJ’s TMT practice, litigation associate Pedro Barosa and trainee lawyer Carolina Leão D'Oliveira spoke about the most relevant topics of the day in the problematic area of data protection.
