Duarte Schmidt Lino, a PLMJ partner, speaks to Diário Económico about the new auditing rules

Duarte Schmidt Lino, the partner who heads PLMJ's private equity practice, has spoken to the newspaper Diário Económico about the new auditing rules. According to Diário Económico, the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) considers that rotation is mandatory as from 2016 when the auditor has been the same for more than eight years.
