Duarte Schmidt Lino and Bruno Xavier de Pina among the authors of a new work on corporate governance

Senior associates, Duarte Schmidt Lino, from PLMJ's banking and finance practice, and Bruno Xavier de Pina, a specialist in international trade from PLMJ’s Angola Desk, are among the authors of the book Governação das Sociedades Anónimas nos Sistemas Jurídicos Lusófonos (Corporate governance of public companies in Portuguese language countries) - the most recent publication of Governance Lab and the first in an international context.

The book will be launched on 12 December at a ceremony to be opened by Luis Laginha de Sousa, president of Euronext Lisbon. and the ceremony will also feature a presentation by Manuel Ennes Ferreira.
