For Jorge de Brito Pereira, PLMJ's M&A practice is “much more active”

TTR – Transactional Track Record placed PLMJ in first place in its ranking of the number of M&A transactions. The newspaper Diário Económico featured the results together with comments from Jorge de Brito Pereira who heads the firm’s corporate / M&A practice. Jorge de Brito Pereira explained that, “the last four years have been especially generous and PLMJ has been at the forefront of this work”, above all, in privatisations. He believes the firm’s M&A practice is now even more active.
