Joana Maldonado Reis comments on the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court on exemption from IRS

PLMJ tax practice associate, Joana Maldonado Reis, commented on the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court (STA) regarding the exemption from IRS which was requested by FC Porto for the deduction of fines. The PLMJ associate considers that "costs arising from offences are not normally accepted".
