The new regulation of the Centre for Commercial Arbitration (CAC -
Centro de Arbitragem Comercial) has been analysed by the newspaper
Jornal de Negócios in an article
that featured a contribution by partner and head of PLMJ’s
arbitration practice,
José Miguel Júdice. The PLMJ partner explained that, “besides being adapted to the new Voluntary Arbitration Law, the new Regulation seeks to make arbitral institutions more efficient, flexible and friendly to users”.
