José Miguel Júdice guarantees that the new CAC regulation is intended to make institutional arbitrations more efficient

The new regulation of the Centre for Commercial Arbitration (CAC - Centro de Arbitragem Comercial) has been analysed by the newspaper Jornal de Negócios in an article that featured a contribution by partner and head of PLMJ’s arbitration practice, José Miguel Júdice. The PLMJ partner explained that, “besides being adapted to the new Voluntary Arbitration Law, the new Regulation seeks to make arbitral institutions more efficient, flexible and friendly to users”.
