José Miguel Júdice says he will appeal in the BPP case

The Bank of Portugal has accused João Rendeiro (BPP) of fabricating the insolvency of Lehman Brothers, in a scheme to hide the losses that BPP was making with securities in the US institution. The partner who heads PLMJ's arbitration practice, José Miguel Júdice, also told the newspaper Público on the grounds that “the evidence produced” by the Bank of Portugal “does not prove the accusations”.
