Luís Miguel Pais Antunes believes that self-regulation entities will flourish as a result of the PIRC

As a guest speaker at a conference organised by the Portuguese Association of Distribution Companies on the new PIRC rules (individual practice of restraint of trade), Luís Miguel Pais Antunes pointed out that one of the positive points of this legislation is that “self-regulation entities will flourish”. For the partner who heads PLMJ’s TMT (Telecom, Media and Technology) practice, another positive point will be the appearance of “good practice codes” from 25 February.
