Luis Pais Antunes e Carmen Baptista Rosa speak on individual practices in restraint of trade in the Algarve

PLMJ partner, Luís Pais Antunes, and senior associate, Carmen Baptista Rosa, are to speak at a seminar on the "New rules on individual practices in restraint of trade - what will change for companies?" The seminar is taking place at the Hotel and Tourism School in the Algarve. This seminar is aimed at business people and SMEs and its objective is to make participants aware of the changes to the rules that govern commercial activity in terms of price discrimination, sales at a loss and abusive trade practices.
