Partners Manuel Cavaleiro Brandão and Pedro Metello de Nápoles and associate António Júdice Moreira, who all work in PLMJ’s arbitration practice, are among the lawyers who will lecture at the Advanced Seminar on Arbitration organised by the International Chamber of Commerce of Portugal (ICC). The PLMJ lawyers will speak on the topics of trial preparation, impartiality of the arbitrator, cost efficiency and the ICC Arbitration Convention.
The seminar will take place on 28 and 29 November at the ICC Portugal headquarters in Lisbon. The aim of the training is to give participants practical skills and a broad understanding of ICC arbitration through interactive sessions on the different stages of the proceedings.
