Manuel Lopes Rocha, PLMJ Equity Partner heading the Firm’s  Intellectual Property (IP) Trademarks and Patents Practice team, in a co-authorship with electronic Engineer Luis Valadares publishes his  most recent book “THE ELECTRONIC PUBLIC CONTRACTS GUIDE”.
