Manuel da Silva Gomes moderator at the International meeting of "Civil Liability for Environmental Damage"

Manuel da Silva Gomes, who is responsible for PLMJ’s team on the environment and is also secretary-general of the Portuguese Environmental Law Association, will act as moderator at the session on "The framework for environmental responsibility in Portuguese law”, at the international meeting on "Civil Liability for Environmental Damage”. Also taking part will be Branco Martins da Cruz and Carla Amado Gomes. The event will take place on 19 November at the law faculty of the University of Lisbon.
