Mariana França Gouveia to speak at 16th International Arbitration Congress


PLMJ Arbitration of counsel Mariana França Gouveia is to speak at the 16th International Arbitration Congress. The event is taking place on 24 and 26 September at the Wish Serrano Resort & Convention, in the city of Gramado (RS), Brazil.

Mariana will join the first panel, on 25 September, to address the topic "Ex parte provisional measures granted by arbitrators".

The event is organised by the CBAr – the Brazilian Arbitration Committee and brings together arbitration professionals from a number of different countries. This year’s edition focuses on "Due process of law in arbitration".
