Nuno Morais Sarmento returns to PLMJ Litigation Department

Nuno Morais Sarmento resumed his legal practice activity in PLMJ.

Away from PLMJ since April 2002, time when he accepted the invitation to join the Government as Minister of the Presidencyand, later on, between 2003 and 2005, as Minister of State and of the Presidency, Nuno Morais Sarmento resumes his law practice at the largest PLMJ Department, the Litigation Department, which counts currently with 24 lawyers.

This return represents a reinforcement of the existing valences of the Department which counted also, recently, with the return of PLMJ Founding Partner José Miguel Júdice, former President of the Portuguese Bar Association.
