PLMJ Conference Series debate on "The new legislative package on urban rents and rental property buildings and in urban regeneration works" 7 November in Lisbon

The PLMJ Conference Series - The Right Perspective, discusses "The new legislative package on urban rent and rented buildings and urban regeneration works" on 7 November in PLMJ’s auditorium in Lisbon. The topics for discussion will be presented by expert lawyers from PLMJ’s real estate practice: practice coordinating partner, Pedro Sáragga Leal will present the background and outline the system that has been in place until the present, senior associates Francisco Lino Dias and Rita Alarcão Júdice will explain the changes to the general urban lease regime under the law approved last August. In the second part of the conference, senior associates Raquel Ribeiro Correia, from the litigation practice and Diogo Duarte Campos, from the public law practice, will explain other legal aspects relating to changes to the urban lease regime. The meeting will finish with António Leitão Amado, Member of Parliament and rapporteur of the draft law, joining the debate and answering questions.

Admission is free although prior registration is required by email to eventos@plmj.pt which is open until 2 November.
