PLMJ Energy and Natural Resources Team in the IBA’s Energy Sector “Current Practice”

PLMJ’s  Energy and Natural resources team, headed by Equity Partner and  Firm’s Deputy Manager Manuel Santos Vitor sees its article on Portugal entitled “Energy Efficiency 2015” published in the International Bar Association’s publication “Current Practice” dedicated to Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructures Law.

The article, subscribed by Ana Oliveira Rocha, PLMJ Senior Associate with an LLM in Energy  Law & Policy passed by the Centre for Energy Petroleum & Minerals Law & Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee, Scotland, is a focus on the Portuguese  Council of Ministers Resolution n.80 / 2008 of the 20th of May which approved the National Plan for Energy Efficiency (PNAEE) and the policies, efficiency measures and programs foreseen in this Resolution for the implementation of the Plan.
