PLMJ advises Cerberus on the sale of Terminal K in Santa Apolónia

PLMJ advised Cerberus Capital Management on the €15 million sale of Terminal K in Santa Apolónia to OptylonKrea and STAG Fund Management. The building, located next to the International Cruise Terminal in Lisbon, has an area of 7000 m2 and it will now be redeveloped into a luxury aparthotel project designed by Saraiva & Associados.

PLMJ's team was led by Sofia Gomes da Costa, a partner in PLMJ's Real Estate and Tourism practice , with the assistance of Sérgio Teixeira, a senior associate in the same practice.

Besides this transaction, the same PLMJ team had advised Cerberus on the acquisition from Fidelidade of a portfolio of five properties in Lisbon and Porto, including the Chiado headquarters, for approximately €125 million and on the subsequent sale of the Marechal Saldanha building.
