PLMJ assists joint venture between Europi Property Group and Bedrock Capital Partners in the acquisition of another logistics portfolio in Portugal

PLMJ advised Ecologis - a joint venture between Swedish group Europi Property Group and Bedrock Capital Partners - on the acquisition of a new portfolio of logistical assets from various real estate funds managed by Santander Asset Management.

PLMJ's multidisciplinary team included Sofia Gomes da Costa, Fernando Costal Carinhas and Sofia Coutinho from the Real Estate and Tourism practice, and Gonçalo dos Reis Martins and Nuno Morgado Pereira from the Banking and Finance practice.

This real estate portfolio comprises a gross construction area of approximately 24,000m², including a set of six warehouses in the business and logistics centre Norcentro, in Alverca, and a warehouse in Quinta da Marquesa, in Palmela. All are occupied by leading operators in the Portuguese market.

This is Ecologis’ fifth operation in less than a year and it increases the area owned by the joint venture to more than 150,000 m².
