PLMJ Oporto lawyers Frederico Perry Vidal and Maria Santa Martha were the main speakers at a seminar on letting organised by the Oporto Order of Economists. The PLMJ specialists answered questions on the main changes to the rules on urban letting, in particular, the updating or rents, the special eviction procedure and changes to the rules on carrying out works on rented buildings.
