PLMJ lawyers speak at seminar on "Responsibilities of Members of Management and Supervision Bodies of Commercial Companies"

PLMJ partner, Serena Cabrita Nunes, and senior associate Patrícia Dias Mendes, are to take part in a seminar on “Responsibilities of Members of Management and Supervision Bodies of Commercial Companies”, which will take place at the headquarters of AERLIS in Oeiras on 4 June. The meeting is organised byAERLIS in partnership with PLMJ. The aim of the seminar is to help those attending to understand the duties and responsibilities inherent to their positions within a company, as well as to explain the mechanisms for holding the members of bodies responsible and their respective means of defence.
