Manuel Lopes Rocha, a PLMJ partner, and Ana Teresa Serafino, a PLMJ trainee lawyer, have written an article for World Trademark Review on a recent decision of decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union in which Fundação Eugénio de Almeida claimed that Pêra-Grave’s mark was likely to be confused with its previous marks.
