PLMJ partner Manuel Lopes Rocha speaks to 'Exame Informática' about the FBI vs Apple case

Manuel Lopes Rocha, the partner who heads PLMJ Intellectual Property, has spoken to the magazine 'Exame Informática' about the controversy surrounding the FBI vs Apple case. He explains what would have happened if the case of taken place in Portugal. "The law allows a Portuguese judge to demand the same thing that was demanded by the judge in San Bernardino. This makes sense, because both Portugal and the USA have signed the cybercrime Convention", explains Manuel Lopes Rocha.
