PLMJ partner Manuel Lopes Rocha speaks to Jornal de Negócios about changes in the security laws

Manuel Lopes Rocha, a partner from PLMJ's intellectual property practice, has spoken to the newspaper Jornal de Negócios about the new security rules the European Union wants to introduce. "If, as someone said, the Paris attacks are France's 9/11, it is possible there will be a temptation to introduce laws like the Patriot Act. There are already indications of this in Belgium and France", says the PLMJ partner.
