PLMJ partner Manuel Lopes Rocha speaks to Público about employers accessing employees' instant messaging accounts
14/01/2016Manuel Lopes Rocha, the partner who heads PLMJ's intellectual property team, has spoken to the newspaper Público about the decision of the European Court on a Romanian case, in which it held that the employer had the right to access messages exchanged online by its employee.
