Paulo Farinha Alves, who specialises in
sports law, is to take part in the 5th edition of the International Sports Law Congress. The event takes place in Buenos Aires on 5 and 6 September.
The Congress includes eight round tables that will debate a range of topics from law related to the Olympic Games, to contractual issues affecting athletes and clubs, to civil liability of referees among other affecting the world of sports. PLMJ has a team of lawyers who specialise in sports law and who are have the skills and experience to advise and assist clients on the preparation and negotiation of contracts, drafting of articles of association and arbitration of sports disputes, among others.
