PLMJ partner Tiago Mendonça de Castro speaks to the magazine 'Construir' about urban rehabilitation as a trend for 2016

Tiago Mendonça de Castro, the partner who heads PLMJ's real estate practice, has given an interview to the specialist construction industry magazine 'Construir', in which he talks about one of the main real estate trends for 2016. "At the moment, the focus is on urban rehabilitation. Much of our building stock had been left in a terrible state, in particular, in the centres of Lisbon and Oporto. These are prime areas that have benefited from extensive rehabilitation in recent years and they have become very attractive as residential areas", Mendonça de Castro explains.
